Delivery

Whilst we make every effort to dispatch orders within 3 days of your order, if for any reason there is a delay we will notify you. Please note we print the prints per order, as such it is required to leave the prints for 1 day to fully allow the ink to dry before dispatching them.

If you are ordering from the UK, your order will be dispatched via Royal Mail First Class Signed For.

Please note that if you are ordering from outside the UK your order will be shipped by Royal Mail International Tracked. The price of delivery is based on the weight of your order and which Royal Mail World Zone the order is being sent to.

Returns

Every product is thoroughly checked before leaving our workshop, if for any reason you should wish to return your product, then it must be returned in pristine and an undamaged condition, including the packaging.  Please obtain proof of postage or signature required before returning any product.

Faulty Goods

We endeavour to ensure all of our products are in perfect condition, if for any reason you find a fault, then please return it to us for a full refund once the fault has been verified.  Proof of postage or a signature required is the recommended way of returning the goods to us.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your item is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
